IPI on baremetal using libvirt machines 


Description of problem:

In the openshift-web-console: Compute > Bare Metal Hosts, we press on the 3 dots (for a master machine), and select Power Off.
a window is triggered by the click event, but closed immediately after that and the bmh stay turned on.



How reproducible:
----------------------------

tried several times on a master and on a worker, with no luck.


Steps to Reproduce:
----------------------------
1. from web console, go to Compute > Bare Metal
2. press the 3 dots in the right of a selected master/worker
3. click on Power Off


Actual results:
-----------------------
Master/worker stay turned on after clicking on 'Power Off'


Expected results:
-----------------------
Master/worker is turned off after pressing the power-off button.


Additional info:

After clicking on power off, machine still up:

Not sure which component is the right one for this problem.
