Description of problem: Missed Translation on Create Project Modal

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to console, select a language other then english or use pseudo localization
2. Go to Project
3. Create Project

Actual results: Create Project Modal is not translated


Expected results: Create Project Modal should be translated
