PTP Interfaces discovery

Test is failing with PTP Interfaces discovery.  An extra interface is being added when comparing PTP supported Interfaces to PTP Discovered interfaces. 

    The interfaces discovered incorrectly
      Expected
          <int>: 8
      to equal
          <int>: 9
