Description of problem:
the option "start search and indexing service on startup" option seems like not
working ... couldnt find beagled process running after enabling it

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. System > Preferences > Search and Indexing service
2. enable "Start search and indexing service on startup"
3. logout
4. login
5. ps ax

Actual results:
ps ax does not show beagled running

Expected results:
beagled running
