This bug has been verified on payload 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-05-29-015423, all behavior is as expected. Steps for verify: 1. Navigate to the index of OCP by using IE (not Edge) 2. Verify the information that shown on the page 3. Verify if the refer link shown on page is workable Result: 1. A notice on below shown is on the page, which satisfied the requirement for the Bug. Internet Explorer 11 and earlier are not supported, and the ocp console will not function with your current browser. Please use a supported browser such as the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. The current Firefox ESR(Extended Support Release) is also supported.
