Version of all relevant components (if applicable): ocs v4.7.0-324.ci ocp 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-03-27-082615 Rate from 1 - 5 the complexity of the scenario you performed that caused this bug (1 - very simple, 5 - very complex)? Can this issue reproducible? yes Can this issue reproduce from the UI? yes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install OCS and create StorageCluster 2. Navigate to OpenShift Container Storage -> Create Storage Cluster -> OpenShift Container Storage -> Storage Cluster 3. Click on Create Storage Cluster Actual results: On page with Storage cluster creation form is dialog with message "Storage Cluster exists". The dialog has 3 buttons: "Back to operator page", "Go to cluster page" and X mark. The X mark button doesn't work. Expected results: All buttons should work or the X mark button shouldn't be present. Additional info:
