Description of problem:
'Install' text becomes invisible when hovering on it

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. user tries to install any operator from Operators -> OperatorHub -> click on any operator -> on Operator installation page, click on 'Install' button
2.

Actual results:
1. The text 'Install' becomes invisible when hover on it

Expected results:
1. the 'Install' button should still be visible
