Description of problem:

Hi.
Having F34 installed from live-cd proceed to first update for the whole lot and there will be 'ibus' packages which for me freeze system upon 'scriptlet' stage.(I had to --excludepkgs ibus\*)

 ibus-anthy x86_64 1.5.12-4.fc34 updates-testing 849 k
 ibus-anthy-python noarch 1.5.12-4.fc34 updates-testing 120 k
 ibus-m17n x86_64 1.4.5-1.fc34 updates-testing 55 k
 ibus-typing-booster noarch 2.11.2-1.fc34 updates-testing 902 k

When this happens and forced power-cycle is used then system after reboot becomes inbootable.

I think this is a duplicate of 1948197, but leaving it open for people to find more easily.
Also this might not be a ibus-anthy bug.
