Describe the issue: 

When I tried installing OCP 4.6 on RHV IPI, installer never asked Internal DNS Virtual IP when creating install-config.yaml or at the time of start of installation.
Is it really necessary from OCP 4.6 to configure Internal DNS Virtual IP ?
Do we need third static IP for internal DNS service?

Suggestions for improvement: 
When I was trying the installation I never encountered the situation when installer is asking for Internal DNS Virtual IP. 
So after confirming with respective engineering team, we can edit the above mentioned documentation with proper suggestions.
