Description of problem:

The OLM operator does not emit any metric to indicate if the CatalogSources managed by it are Ready/Not Ready

Go to the console -> monitoring -> metrics

query catalogsource_ready
There is one for each catalogsource.  1 if ready, 0 if not.
If you kill one of the pods, that catasrc will go to 0 and then 1 as it recovers.  You will see it in the graph.
