Create a VM with virtio-scsi as boot disk. 2. Start it 3. Add a virtio-scsi disk Actual results: Adding disk fails. Error in engine.log: execution failed: VDSGenericException: VDSErrorException: Failed to HotPlugDiskVDS, error = Requested operation is not valid: Domain already contains a disk with that address, code = 45 Expected results: Adding disk succeeds.

Krist van Besien, thanks for reporting this. We made several changes to address this issue, the latest is the one I set this bz as a duplicate of - and that one should really prevent this from happening. To get this, please upgrade to 4.4.6.
