Description of problem: When I schedule a job (e.g. patching) which takes a while, I want to be notified by email when job fails (at least on one host). This should be a new notification type that I can enable in my Email Preferences. I can either set it to "No Emails" or to "Subscribe". In case I'm subscribed I want to receive 1 email per 1 job invocation (not per single host in such job invocation). The notification needs to be sent for recurring executions as well and the receive address should be the email address of the user who scheduled it. Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a job that fails because of various reasons (syntax error in the template, target host does not run, the job itself will return non-zero code) 2. any of the reason above should trigger an email notification that the job has failed Actual results: I have no way to be notified about the errors above Expected results: I receive an email with a link to the job detail Additional info: Reported several times already https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1441335 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1309740

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/31564 has been resolved.
Verified on Sat 6.11 Snap 18. I have tested subscribing to all possible options of notifications (success, fail, all), and got correctly notified (or not notified) for every option.
