Description of problem:
Due to bug 1974433, a decision was made to not to publish 4.7.17 release. Any customer who has already upgraded to 4.6.35 will not be able to immediately upgrade to a 4.7 release. Customers who are not on 4.6.35 may still have upgrade paths available to 4.7.

Future 4.7 updates, such as 4.7.18 (or higher), are being evaluated to ensure an upgrade upgrade path(s) can be made available from 4.6.35 or future 4.6 versions to 4.7.
