This bug has been fixed and verified on payload 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-08-02-145924

Verify step:
1. Login OCP as administrator
2. Deploy logging 5.1 on OperatorHub page, and create an instance for Logging
3. Navigate to Monitoring –> Dashboards, select dashboard `Logging/Elasticsearch`
4. Verify if the web page can be redirected to the ES dashboard.
5. Manually change the URJ to `https://console-openshift-console.apps.xxxxxxxxxxx.openshift.com/monitoring/dashboards/grafana-dashboard-elasticsearch`
6. Verify if the web page is able to open

Result:
4, 6 The dashboard of 'Loggin/Elasticsearch' is able to open without any error
