any packages not successfully rebuilt at least on Fedora 34 will be
retired regardless of the status of this bug.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle.
Changing version to 35.

Fixed in rawhide and considering we are at beta freeze, won't rebuild in F36.
