"r: Bad Gateway" on "Observer -> Alerting" page

Description of problem:
The bug is only for FireFox, no such issue with Chrome
when there is 502 error for the loading silences from alertmanagar
there is error info on "Observer -> Alerting" page with FireFox
Error loading silences from Alertmanagar. Some of the alerts below may actually be silenced.
"r: Bad Gateway"

should be
"Error: Bad Gateway"

Checked with chrome, it is "Error: Bad Gateway"

FireFox 86.0.1 (64-bit)

504 error for the loading silences from alertmanagar

checked with 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-27-230233, info now is "Bad Gateway", see the picture
