Description of problem:
The bug is only for FireFox, no such issue with Chrome
when there is 502 error for the loading silences from alertmanagar
there is error info on "Observer -> Alerting" page with FireFox

Checked with chrome, it is "Error: Bad Gateway"

checked with 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-27-230233, info now is "Bad Gateway", see the picture
