Hi Tested with ODF version "4.9.0-158.ci" and OCP 4. Following steps were performed :- 1. Installed odf-operator. 2. Created StorageSystem with option "Use an existing storage class", and selected "Full Deployment" . 3. Directed to storage tab and ODF naviitem was present ODF naviitem was present under Storage tab and appeared without any error message. Even after reloading the URL user was pointed towards the ODF tab without any errors. The screencast for the same has been attached in comment#15.
