Description of problem:
When I create a namespace from the user preference page sets the topology as List and other preferences, refreshes, and check topology it shows Chart view instead of list view

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Create a project from there
Set topology preference as a list, perspective preference as Administrator, and YAML as resource method preference
Reload the page
Went to developer perspective > Add
