No error message on "Create Local Set" page after selection of the volume mode

SetUp:
Provider: Vmware
OCP Version: OCP Version:4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-01-013103
LSO Version: 4.9.0-202109210853
ODF Version: 4.9.0-164.ci

Test Procedure:
1.Deploy OCP4.10 cluster on Vmware platform:
OCP Version:4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-01-013103

2.Install LSO:
Version 4.9.0-202109210853

3.Install ODF:
Version: 4.9.0-164.ci 

4.Add disks to worker nodes via Vceneter:

5.Install Storage System:

6.Go to "Create Local Set" page, 
Switching volume mode from FileSystem to Block [No error message]
