There is an additional change that is required to fully resolve BZ 1983978 that ensures that no nil status rows are entered into the host_status table in Foreman.

This is in the upstream change here:

https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/8675/files

but this change did not make the original fix in 6.9.4. We will ship an update to include this change.
