Moving to POST because bug 1983127 has landed in a build, and we're just waiting for the bootimage bump.

The fix for this bug has landed in a bootimage bump, as tracked in bug 1982001 (now in status MODIFIED).  Moving this bug to MODIFIED.

The new RHCOS 48.84.202109241901-0 is being used for booting in 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-09-28-165247.

No bootstrap failure was seen in QE's CI job, move this bug as verified.
