Moving to POST because bug 1983128 has landed in a build, and we're just waiting for the bootimage bump.

The fix for this bug has landed in a bootimage bump, as tracked in bug 1964753 (now in status MODIFIED).  Moving this bug to MODIFIED.

verified against 4.7.33, the new rhcos image 47.84.202109241831-0 is used as boot image, it works well, and also not detect bootstrap failure in recent QE CI jobs, move bug to VERIFIED.
