Cluster Overview page with empty alert

Description of problem:
After installation appears empty warning message on Cluster Overview page. When user clicks on View Details, the link leads to DeadMansSnitch alert.

ocs-operator.v4.8.1
ocs-osd-deployer-qe.v1.1.0

How reproducible:
3/3

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ODF MS addon on ROSA cluster
2. Go to cluster Overview

Actual results:
There is a warning alert without any description or name on the page.

Expected results:
There should not be any warning if DeadMansSnitch is working. If it is displayed then it should have Info severity instead of Warning severity and it should have proper descriptions.

The ODF dashboard is currently incomplete with missing data - so not focusing on this one for first release

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1999717 is going to automaticly solve this one, by hiding the OCS dashboards on OSD/ROSA deployments, when it get released as part of OCP.

Moving to ON_QE as it seems that the underlying BZ got solved with a 4.8 z stream

I re-tested with OSD cluster, ocs-operator.v4.8.2, ocs-osd-deployer.v1.1.1. Empty alert is no longer present on the dashboard.
