Previously, users were required to manually install Cinderlib and Ceph dependencies, such as, python3-cinderlb or python3-os-brick on each host. In the current release, these dependencies are automatically installed and provided within RHV-H. Please note that for standard RHEL hosts, this feature requires the proper subscription to be enabled.

This bug was initially created as a copy of Bug #1955375

I am copying this bug because: despite oVirt is already providing cinderlib prerequisites on hosts since 4.4.8, RHV has kept it optional in 4.4.8 due to bug #1998017

Check against 4 RHV SKUs which I have access to ( MCT2927, RV00045, RV00046, RV00033 ) and I had access on all 4 to the 16.2 cinderlib repo
