+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1991075 +++

It seems https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/merge_requests/853 is present in RHEL 9, so like GNetworkMonitor is broken. Let's fix this by updating GLib.
