Description of problem:

Nodes having very high load along with multiple defunct processes

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

4.8.13

How reproducible:

Upgrade the cluster from lower version to 4.8.13


Actual results:

Nodes to behaving weird with a lot of defunct process and high load

Expected results:

Nodes to behave fine without issues

Adding sosreport and must-gather to the bz

This should be fixed in 4.8.16! can you please upgrade and let me know if the issue reoccurs?
