Description of problem:
Customer is getting an error, when registering to a client when org_environment mode is enabled.
This issue is similar to bz#1591315

When register the system with activation-key, the return code is '1' - which causing an error when using ansible to register the system.

Can the KB https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6094191 be updated that this Backport request exists for RHEL7.7 E4S/AUS/TUS
The KB mentions also RHEL8.2 as affected, but in my experience the SCA enabled works on RHEL8.2 without a exit code 1.

Moving back to NEW for found regression regarding messaging from subscription-manager yum plugin regarding the entitlement state of the host:

During yum actions, this message will display in incorrect scenarios:

This system is registered with an entitlement server, but is not receiving updates. You can use subscription-manager to assign subscriptions.

Message displays when entitled in SCA mode, and does not display when not entitled in non-SCA mode.
