Description of problem:

Using the texlive package "newtxsf" is impossible unless the package "newtx" is installed, however "dnf install texlive-newtxsf" does not install "texlive-newtx" as a dependency

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install only texlive-newtxsf and remove texlive-newtx if installed.
2. Run pdflatex on a document with \usepackage(newtxsf)

Actual results:

Error message:

(/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/newtxsf/omlntxsfmi.fd)
No file Untxexa.fd.

! LaTeX Error: This NFSS system isn't set up properly.



Expected results:

a compiled pdf
