BuildRequires:  python%{python3_pkgversion}-setuptools

This should *not* be needed if you use %pyproject_buildrequires.

This is unretired in https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10454 but I'm waiting for F35 to be unblocked

correction: for its python-shortuuid's F35 branch to be unblocked

Turns out any new Fedora release branches for a retired package are also blocked. Requested unblocking the F35 branch in https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10467
