Description aaleman 2021-12-22 20:43:29 UTC
Description of problem:

The openshift-cloud-network-config-controller has a node-role.kubernetes.io/master nodeselector, which never matches any nodes on Hypershift. This results in the pod not getting scheduled which in turn results in the networking clusteroperator not becoming ready.
