Description of problem: In Satellite upgrade, yum update failed to resolve the "createrepo_c-libs" dependency Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 7.0 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Spawn the Satellite using the 6.10.z GA upgrade template 2. Setup the repositories for the Satellite4 upgrade. 3. Run the Satellite upgrade but yum update gets failed to resolve the "createrepo_c-libs-0.17.6-4.el7pc.x86_64" package dependency.
