Description of problem: Needed for python-gevent. Thanks.
What if I give you the permissions to maintain it in the epel9? Would that work for you?
By the way, I see that some of its testing dependencies are not available in epel9 - namely zope-event and zope-testing but I haven't checked them all.
That would work. FAS orion. Yeah, there probably is a large dep chain. If you are admin on those I can take them on as well. Thanks.
So, the list of the runtime dependencies is short: libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.4)(64bit) python(abi) = 3.10 python3.10dist(setuptools) rtld(GNU_HASH) but the list of the build-time dependencies is not: gcc make python3-devel python3-docs python3dist(coverage) >= 5.0.3 python3dist(packaging) python3dist(pip) >= 19 python3dist(repoze-sphinx-autointerface) python3dist(setuptools) python3dist(setuptools) >= 40.8 python3dist(sphinx) python3dist(tox-current-env) >= 0.0.6 python3dist(wheel) python3dist(zope-event) python3dist(zope-testing) If you disable test and docs build, it should be possible to build it in epel9 as is. I've requested epel9 branch https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/40583 and gave you the permissions for the epel* branches.
Thank you.
