Please branch and build python-pynacl in epel9. This is needed by python-paramiko, which I co-maintain.
I need it for python-patatt too, thanks.
PS let's just build this with the hypothesis tests disabled for now

Michel -- I see the dependency on BZ 2043725, but I can build the latest version of python-pynacl (1.4.0-5.fc36) on EPEL 9 in COPR today. Is the dependency still needed?
