I was trying to setup metal3-dev-env on CS9 (to setup a virtual baremetal dev environment), its needed it for bcrypt support in Ansible[1] 1 - https://github.com/metal3-io/metal3-dev-env/commit/b431535636e84f091ee4952b21bf3ae22187fc39
Until we get it into epel9, you can grab our CentOS CloudSIG CS9 builds from CBS: passlib https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=34119 bcrypt https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=34045
