Hi Derek, there's already request for epel9, I'll close this and add your vote there :)
BTW what are you adding to epel9 that requires passlib?

I was trying to setup metal3-dev-env on CS9 (to setup a virtual baremetal dev environment),
its needed it for bcrypt support in Ansible[1]

Until we get it into epel9, you can grab our CentOS CloudSIG CS9 builds from CBS:
