Description of problem:
/etc/profile.d/kitty.sh overrides kitty user configuration for shell integration

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kitty 0.24.2.8

How reproducible:
Install kitty. 
in ~/.config/kitty/kitty.conf
Add the following lines 
cursor_shape block
shell_integration enabled no-cursor

Cursor stays as a beam 

or
cursor_shape block
shell_integration disabled


Actual results:
Cursor stays as a beam


Expected results:
Cursor changes to block, shell integration disabled
