Description of problem:
During hosted engine deployment, when runing engine-setup with answerfile task, the deployment is failed since no enabled repositories can be found.

Actual results:
Hosted engine deployed failed since no enabled repositories can be found for engine setup.

Expected results:
Hosted engine should be deployed successfully.
