Description of problem:
There's an openshift-monitoring-operator bug for a too high amount of watches on single-node clusters https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2056450

We need to temporarily increase the test threshold as a workaround for that bug

Threshold is low

Threshold should be higher to work around the bug
