Version:

$ openshift-install version
<your output here>

Platform: azure

#Please specify the platform type: aws, libvirt, openstack or baremetal etc.

Please specify:
* IPI (automated install with `openshift-install`)

What happened?

With the upcoming sunset of the Azure AD Graph API on June 30 2022, CCO will no longer be able to reliably create ServicePrincipals while processing a CredentialsRequest in Mint mode. We cannot transition to a new API yet as Go SDK support is not production ready.

What did you expect to happen?
Mint mode is not supported

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

$ your-commands-here

Anything else we need to know?
This BZ is being created for backporting purposes. The changes were already implemented in https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/5717
