Any interest in getting this updated for Fedora?  The currently packaged version in Fedora is positively ancient (roughly 10 years).  It's required for xpra, and the recommended version is >= 0.4.0 [0].  The current upstream version is 0.4.1.

Changes needed to spec file:
 - change source file ending from tar.bz2 to tar.xz
 - drop the 0001 patch (upstream has this change already)
 - in the docs section change README to README.md

It compiles for me no problem.

Update to 0.4.1 (#2072189)
