Description of problem:
With latest ui-extensions-1.3.2-1 on a Chrome browser (Version 97.0), I noticed there are more intense flashing when rendering a PF4 dialog , not reproduced on Firefox.

Steps:
1) Check all ui-extensions dialogs (migrate, exports, upgrade, etc.)
2) Check that no intense flashing is happening

Results:
Flashing is either not present at all or was greatly reduced and is acceptable.

Forgot to add chrome version:
google-chrome-stable-101.0.4951.64-1.x86_64
