Description of problem:Migrate VM(s) dialog window is opened after several blinking

How reproducible:100 %


Steps to Reproduce:
n the main Compute -> Virtual Machines window select the running VM. Then click on Migrate button.

Actual results: Migrate VM(s) dialog window is opened after several blinking

Expected results: the Migrate dialog window must be open with no blinking

I have not seen such behavior. I think it belongs more to the UX area though.

 Polina, is this reproduced for you on Chrome browser only or also on Firefox? If it's only on Chrome then it seems like a duplicate of bug 2073005

Hi Sharon , I've checked now. in Firefox it is not reproduced, only Chrome
