Description of problem:
When connecting to the console of the VM which has configured with vnc+vga graphics on RHV-4.4(4.4.10.7-0.4.el8ev), met the following error:
VDSM host_1 command SetVmTicketVDS failed: General Exception: ('unsupported configuration: VNC password is 12 characters long, only 8 permitted',)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse the RHV webadmin on a RHEL-8.6 OS via firefox.

2. Prepare a VM which has configured with vnc+vga graphics on RHV-4.4(4.4.10.7-0.4.el8ev)
3. Start the VM, and click the console option (open with remote-viewer) to connect the VM's console.
Actual results:
Failed to connect to the VM's console with an error:
VDSM host_1 command SetVmTicketVDS failed: General Exception: ('unsupported configuration: VNC password is 12 characters long, only 8 permitted',)
Expected results:
Fix it.
Additional info:
Referring to [1], the final version of RHEL with full RHV support will be RHEL 8.6.
And the libvirt version is 8 on RHEL-8.6, so I think there should be a fix, thanks.
