I think it's time to drop redhat-lsb from Fedora. The package is misleading at best on aarch64 or ppc64le because there is no LSB. I believe some of the subpackages have been used to install a vaguely-defined collection of packages. It should be possible to rely on installation defaults instead, or use fine-grained dependencies to pull in the packages which are actually needed.

I use Epson printer and I need its epson-printer-utility rpm to work on Fedora which is provided by Epson company. Due to removal of ncurses-compat-libs, it become difficult for me to install epson-printer-utility as redhat-lsb-core requires it.
