Description of problem:
Like in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2079318, there are
APIRemovedInNextEUSReleaseInUse alerts for poddisruptionbudgets/v1beta1, cronjobs/v1beta1 and horizontalpodautoscalers/v2beta1 but should not occur.

4.10.12

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install 4.10.12 cluster
2. look at alerts
3.

Actual results:
alerts

Expected results:
no such alerts

It should be fixed in the next 4.10.z release.
