This is from my own environment
Description of problem:
Under overview section of any instances, flavor is show as "Not available"
I am attaching a screenshot from my env.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Red Hat OpenStack Platform release 16.2.2 (Train)
[root@undercloud-0 ~]# rpm -qa | grep horizon
puppet-horizon-15.5.0-2.20211109004932.6cf72b1.el8ost.noarch

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a fresh 16.2.2
2. Open dashboard and check for overview page of any instance
3. You will see falvor as "not available"
Actual results:
In overview page no flavor is mentioned.
Expected results:
Name of the flavor should be mentioned in overview page of any instance.
