After going through all the installation options like IP address, 
partitions, etc.  The last thing it asks me for is a user id.  Once I 
click OK, it says it's reading the package information then comes up with 
an error saying to report it to bugzilla.  I'm doing a hard drive install 
on an AMD-K6-2 333.  Below is the output file that it saved to disk.
