@kmajcher this is supposed to be targeted for 4.10.z. We will provide the log and details of all the components for which this is currently failing.

@sbulage, Can you please provide the hco operator log and list of components, for which we are seeing kubevirt_hco_out_of_band_modifications_count metrics value not matching with expected values.

I am able to see the count is increasing when any modifications done with priorityclass/kubevirt-cluster-critical.
Verifying it.
