Any updates on this issue? In the meantime clang-libs has been updated to 14.0.6 in CentOS Stream 9. Once qt-creator has been update to 8.x in epel-9-next commit 96920e9 from rawhide can be applied to avoid these kind of issues in the future.

Good Morning, yes it happens again. RHEL 9.3 has updated to clang-libs version 16.0.6. The last package qt-creator-8.0.1-10.el9 is build for clang-libs version 15.0.7. Please rebuild qt-creator for us. Thank you Michael Roth
FEDORA-EPEL-2023-4f4cc2f9b2 has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 9. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2023-4f4cc2f9b2
The errors on Alma/RHEL 9.3 have nothing to do with clang-libs. I suggest closing this bug and tracking the 9.3 rebuild on bug 2253404.
