etcd clusteroperator degarded, operator ClusterBackupController reconciliation failed during single-node setup

Happened once

Steps to Reproduce:

Installed using the assisted-installer

Actual results:
etcd clusteroperator is degraded

Expected results:
etcd clusteroperator should not be degraded

Additional info:
attached must-gather, possibly related to this [1] backport?

I had a fix to this here https://github.com/openshift/cluster-etcd-operator/pull/878 

Would you kindly confirm that it is the same error as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2105148 ?
