This gave erroneous information to the user. With this fix, the required permissions for the OSD to remove the modified QoS parameters from the configuration store are enabled. The QoS parameters, such as _reservation_, _weight_, and _limit_ for a built-in profile are restored to the built-in default values whenever an attempt is made to modify them.
